I placed an order back in November 2020, it was an international order because I live in the US. I contacted customer service on four different occasions to request a return for a shirt I had placed an order for in a small, and they gave me a large for some reason. I was literally swimming in it (it was an oversized style to begin with). They completely ghosted me...literally. I never ever got a single reply from customer service to do this day, and yes I checked my spam folder over & over again. HORRIBLE customer service. If you are in the U.S. -- ONLY order from here is you are 100% sure it is the right size and that you want to keep it because it is basically all final sale since its impossible to get ahold of anyone for a return.
I'm starting to wonder if their positive reviews are fake. I wasted like 150+ or more and ended up just giving everything away to my friends since it was so ill-fitting. It sucks because I really want to give them another chance.
Placed a next day delivery order within the timeframe and it turned up several days late! Sherelle C (customer services) more or less accused me of lying about the timeframe and offered no apology. AVOID this company and certainly DO NOT pay for next day delivery because you simply won’t get it!!!! Shocking service and I shall NEVER shop with them again!!!

Due to my mistake, I placed order accidentally and was charged immediately. I wanted to cancel the order, so I contacted the brand. I got email just a few hours later from Leonie,

Ordered from here twice and have twice recieved incorrect goods...They don't reply to any emails ..customer services leaves a lot to be desired ..clothing is nice and affordble .

I contacted customer service via email as I had a query and despite the pandemic they did respond quite quickly so I am satisfied with that! I placed an order and used free standard delivery option however my parcel was dispatched the same day and I received it 2 days after and I am pleased with the prompt service so thank you! I have no idea why there are so many complaints about items and deliveries but maybe it depends on where you live and your local delivery depot as I have ordered with skinnydip twice now and had no problem with the company or Hermes
Placed an order on the 1st of January, out for delivery on the 8th yet never got delivered. I emailed twice on separate days and no response so messaged the Instagram page and finally had a response on the 15th with a gift card.
I would’ve much preferred a refund although wasn’t given an option. As one item was out of stock that I wanted it meant in order to use the amount on the gift card I had to spend more. I placed this order on the 15th as the gift card was only valid for one day and a week later I am still waiting for the order to be dispatched.
I will never be ordering from this company again after poor communication that I have had.
Also do not know when and if I will receive my order.

I could not fault the service or communication l have recievedfrom this company over the busy Christmas period. A package had been damaged in the post. I received the items in the post promptly and in perfect condition.
I had an issue with my order and Georgia was amazing! Sorted it for me promptly would happily order again!
I was VERY wary of ordering from the website after looking through reviews here but the deal was so good that I decided to give them a chance. I ordered on the 28th November and received my item on the 3rd of December without any issues. Very pleased.
i ordered one phone case and one airpods case over two weeks ago and it hasn’t come, i have emailed four times to see where my order is and have got no reply. customer service is appalling.
They use sex to sell products is there any need to have a girl in a robe to sell a phone case?! Not really it's just appeasing young people and making sales from sex!
Also the face they feel the need to shove their social views in customers face is off-putting! It's like we support BLM but also use young girls body to sell products!
